54# Semi Gloss FSC® ITC is a supercalendered, lightweight, coated facestock offering a balance of economy and performance. It has optimized opacity, brightness, smoothness, and gloss. This sheet is designed to excel at today's 133/150 line screen standard for water-based, UV flexographic, and UV letterpress color process printing. The FSC® certification ensures that products come from well managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. The FSC® chain of custody certification verifies that FSC® certified material is identified or kept segregated from non-certified or non-controlled material through this chain. The surface has been optimized for printing pressure sensitive labels on HP Indigo® ws4000, ws4050, ws4500, and ws6000 digital color presses. This Indigo topcoated (ITC) paper has a 1 year shelf life. AT2550 is an all-temperature adhesive designed to provide good room temperature performance, excellent cold temperature performance, and cleaner converting, without sacrificing good diecutting and stripping properties. Because of its cold temperature properties and good adhesion to corrugated cardboard, AT2550 is an ideal adhesive for warehouse applications. AT2550 is also repulpable; this means it is fully recyclable and enables full recyclability of the end packaging. AT2550 adhesive meets the requirements of FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.  Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or, (2) has incidental contact with food, limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label.
