Description:FASCLEAR 350/S727A/40BG

FasClear® 350 is a corona-treated, flexible matte clear polyolefin film with exceptional dimensional stability. Printable by web screen, UV letterpress, flexo solvent, and water-based inks. Use of in-line corona treatment will greatly expand the number of inks which can be used. Use caution when applying inks out to the edge of the label, particularly UV screen inks and UV cured varnishes. High shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate. In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. This product can be diecut and stripped at high speeds on standard web-fed presses using typical film tooling. Excellent dispensability with direct comparison to clear Opticite*, and better performance over clear MDPE and clear flexible vinyl. NOTE: Opticite* is a trademark of The Dow Chemical Company. S727 is a permanent adhesive featuring high initial tack, minimal cold flow, and ultimate bond strength to a wide variety of surfaces. S727 has excellent holding power, which helps prevent edgelift and butterflying of labels when applied to small diameter surfaces. S727 provides excellent diecutting and stripping characteristics as well as automatic labeling features. It is suitable for use in applications where Autoclave, Gamma Radiation and EtO sterilization methods are used.
